We fish the entire 82 miles of the Kenai River from the headwaters in Cooper Landing to the Cook Inlet in Kenai. Typically, we will meet our clients at a predetermined boat launch or obvious rendezvous location.

With so few roads in Alaska, getting lost rarely if ever happens when connecting on the morning of your guided trip. Some general travel time guidelines and directions are listed below.

From Anchorage:  Take the Seward Hwy (1) South towards Seward. After approximately 90 miles, take the ramp right on the Sterling Hwy (1) headed towards Homer/Kenai/Soldotna. At mp 45, the turquoise waters of Kenai lake surrounded by the Chugach National Forest will come into view. Continue on the highway 3 more miles until you cross over the Kenai River bridge. To fish the Upper Kenai, we will meet you at the State park day use area ($5 fee) off of King Salmon drive. Continue west, on the Sterling highway, to mp 80 to meet for a Middle Kenai trip. Turn left and follow Bing's landing road to the end where you will need to pay a $5 parking fee. Find a parking spot and meet us at the dock. Continue even further to mp 109.5 (13.5 miles south of Soldotna), to the Kasilof River Recreation area ($5 fee) off of Spetz Avenue, to meet for a Kasilof River trip.
